Personality Test - Part I
At the beginning of the lecture, lecturer conducted a Fun Personality Test including few questions to answer. Following are the questions and answer for the each question.
Fun Personality Test.
Q1. How do you put a giraffe into a refrigerator?
Answer: Open the refrigerator and put it.
Q2. How do you put an elephant into a refrigerator?
Answer: Take out the giraffe from the refrigerator and put elephant into it.
Q3. The Lion King is hosting an animal conference. All the animals attend, except one. Which animal does not attend?
Answer: Elephant, because it's in the refrigerator.
Q4. There is a river you must cross, but it is inhabited by crocodiles. How do you manage it?
Answer: All the animals are attempt to the animal conference. So it's easy to cross the river.

This activity is unique in each and every individual. This personality test helps to identify about your personality.
Personality Types.
According to John Holland, there are six personality types.
- Conventional
- This kind of people can only do structural work.
- They can not change the structure.
- Conventional people like to work with numbers, records, machines with set of ordinary way.
- Generally avoids ambiguous and unstructured activities.
ex: If organizations change the work procedure, it is hard to change employees work procedure according to the new system. Because it is good at working with written records and numbers in a systematic ordinary way.
Previously government organizations used Window operating system in their computer work, when it changed to Linux operating system it was somewhat hard to employees.
- Realistic
- Likes to work with animals, tools or machines.
- Generally avoid social activities like teaching, hearing and informing others.
- These people are very practical.
- Specially has good skills in work with tools, mechanical and electrical drawings, machines or plan and animals.
- They values in practical ways.
ex: Electric engineers.
Carpenters.
- Investigation
- Do not like to act with machines.
- They would want to talk with people.
- They like social works.
ex: Social scientists.
- They would love to involved to social problems.
ex: Global warming.
Imagine there was a dengue fever all among the area. It may be a pandemic (widely spread) cause. This happens because of the stagnant water. This cause because of the litter. When we think about why people litter. These are the things why people litter.
- There aren't public garbage places.
- There aren't any laws and current laws are not working properly.
- No garbage bins.
- People are careless about environment.
- People aren't aware of consequences.
- People don't have practices to collect garbage.
- People aren't educated properly.
There are people who come up with the solutions, but they don't have persuading power to do that.

- They value helping other.
- Enterprising
- These people like to take risks.
- They good at persuading, tricking people.
- They are successful in leadership and business.

Today we learnt about what were the types of personality. Depth idea about those personality types.
Personal Opinion
Today s lecture was very interesting. It was fun with doing the personality fun test. According to those four questions I learnt what my problems in thinking.
