Personality Test - Part II

This is the second lecture of the topic of Personality Test. Lecturer gave us a group activity to do. According to that students were divided in seven groups. Each group had four members. One student should appointed as a observer. Lecturer talked to all the observers to come out from the class and they had some discussion. After that observers changed their groups. They went to different different groups. The scenario was we met with an flight accident. The plane landed to bear land also we can carry out six items only. This was the way we organized things in our group.
Nadeesha went out from the groups and Janith came it to as a observer. Observer didn't talk anything with members. He used to silent and listening what we were doing. His observation was identify the characters in the group. We decided to carry out following items.

• Chocolates and snacks.
• An Axe.
• Liter.
• Tent.
• Medicine.
• Water.

According to Janith's observation these were the characteristics he identified from each member of the group.

• Leader of the group - Bhagya.
• An idea person - Bhagya and Judith.
• Workers - Bhagya, Judith and Sanduni.
• Criticizers - Jusith and Sanduni.
• Silent person - Sanduni.
• A team builder -  Bhagya, Judith and Sanduni.

The purpose of this lecturer was to identify the characteristics of each person when they work as a team.

Identify the people's roles when they were work as a team.

Personal Opinion

The activity was really fun and interesting. Identify the role players in the group. The activity was interesting.
